Overview
Kalkan Treyler started production with the 13,600 mm dry cargo trailer. The I-section KALKAN chassis is made from high-strength steel and built to standards using automated submerged arc welding.
The 90 cm side panels are made from 1.2 mm SSAB Swedish Domex steel that keeps its shape after impacts. The 30 mm non-slip phenolic resin-coated plywood floor withstands a 7.2-tonne forklift load.
After manufacture, the vehicle is fully blasted inside and out, and protected with a thick epoxy primer and two coats of acrylic paint.
